Our garden: a work in progress since 2007

Summer is on its way when our cherry tree blooms

It requires patience to wait for everything to become lush again

Our thread leaf Japanese Maple (Acer atrolinear) coming back to life

Our beach rose (rosa rugosa) is waking up

Some photos from last fall

Lacecap tree hydrangea

Threadleaf Japanese Maple adds a LOT of color to the fall garden

We didn't really have room for another tree hydrangea, but I put this "limelight" in the corner of the back garden

My rose bush in front grows perfect roses; unfortunately, there are only about three per season

I planted this dwarf eastern white pine last summer to replace a yellow Scottish broom that didn't survive the mounds of snow piled up near the corner of the house

The red twig dogwood looks great when its bushiness is trimmed back

The limelight tree hydrangea in all its glory

Pink bee balm

The Scottish broom that didn't make it two winters ago

The pictures below are really old!
